Hi Richard.

Sorry, can't be much help on the banking side as I only use online for checking
my mortgage balance.

Regards.

ARRANGEMENTS AT HALIFAX

Thanks Kevin, think that gives me a sort of work around. I was a bit
confused as JFW is reporting an erroneous number which is confusing.

Incidentally, have you managed to solve the problem which I have encountered
recently of completing bill payments online? I don't seem to be able to
confirm what it's about to pay.

Finally, I don't seem to be able to find the combo boxes which allow you
easily to transfer between Halifax accounts.

Would really like to get these solved if possible.

  thanks,
  Richard

Richard, you should have been asked to complete new memorable information.
Once you've done this, the next time you sign in you will be asked for 3
characters from the memorable information. If you look above the first combo
box, you'll see something like
  select 1st character
  select 3rd character
  select 5th character

This is the sequence you'll need to use to access the 3 combo boxes that
follow the text. You'll need to use your virtual cursor or equivalent to come
out of forms mode to read the text above the combo boxes.

  Regards.

Hi, Has anyone else had problems getting through the new Halifax security
log-on?

I don't seem to be able to ascertain what characters they want in which
boxes.
    Help welcome please.
