[access-uk] Grouping messages by conversation in outlook 365 and getting jaws 2020 to read ribbons properly

Hi,
How can I get outlook 365 to group messages by conversation and also how can
I get jaws 2020 to read ribbons properly as after reading a couple of items
in view or send and receive it keeps saying press space to activate then use
up and down arrow rather than saying what the item is first.
