[access-uk] Group by conversation

Hi all

 

I can't turn off Group by Conversation in Outlook 365 desktop.  I go into
View then tab to arrange and hit enter, then tab to Group By, which is not
selected.  I've tried selecting then unselecting, but I'm still grouped by
conversation.  What am I doing wrong?
