Lloyds have been very good with me and my disabilities. I used to get Braille and print statements or other letters from them, but now I do online banking, which is very accessible and does not require one of those machines, I do everything online.

Was thinking of Lloyds TSB as I used to belong to Lloyds years back ... Anyone know what their service is like these days?Anyone do telephone banking with them? If so, I'd welcome the opportunity to call for a chat. What about Internet banking. Anyone do this with Lloyds TSB and know if you have an additional machine (as with a number these days) for added security when logging on?-- Carol carol.pearson29@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx On Twitter: http://twitter.com/songbird49a ---- Original Message ---- From: brian williams To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Monday, July 27, 2009 3:08 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: Got it to-day!Hi carol don't know who you are with but if you've had problems with your pin and cards don't go to hsbc. Everytime they change my card I have a nightmare getting the pin and card to work. Is it still working, that's the question ... Every time I finally get a pin and start using it, well, I'm booted out again ... I'm now looking round to change to another bank ... so watch for the questions folks! -- Carol carol.pearson29@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx On Twitter: http://twitter.com/songbird49a ---- Original Message ---- From: Marie Baisez To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Monday, July 27, 2009 10:56 AM Subject: [access-uk] Got it to-day! > No, not my pen friend, will wait for teething troubles > to subside before ordering one of those... the brail > version of my Barclay's connect card PIN number. > Requested it on the 22nd of May.
