[access-uk] Google mail interface

Since upgrading to IE7 I have found it impossible (using Hal) to activate the
Settings button/link on the Gmail web page. Google state quite clearly that
it is necessary to be in the Standard mode, not the Basic one intended for
screen reader users, to do this. When I set up my Gmail account I was
using IE6 and managed to configure it as I wanted, but am now unable to
make any adjustments.

I would be interested to hear whether users of other screen readers can
replicate my problem.

It is difficult to reconcile this with Google's stated interest in improved
accessibility for people with disabilities.
