It's not clear whether you mean you are using the website, or the
Google Drive client that sits in the app area and runs like Dropbox.
If it's the latter, then, no, you can't password protect it.

It sounds like you might be better off creating a second profile on
windows and logging into that, then of course, your data and folders
would definitely be private.

Don't forget you can quickly switch between running accounts on Windows.
