There is an option to Check All but unforjtunately I do not use your screen reader so cannot advise. I usually use the mouse. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Saqib Hussain" <saqibh23@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Hi. I'm using Gmail on the web and I can't find a way of deleting all
items from the bin. The only way I can achieve this is by checking all
the boxes one by one and hitting the delete button.

Hi Mandy

You certainly use Gmail as your main account.

You can access it via the web or any other email program on a phone, pc or
mac.

You can choose to have your email delivered as POP3 or IMAP. People have
their own reasons as to why they have what, personally I prefer POP3 as I
only really read email using Microsoft Outlook on my main pc.

For example I have a Gmail account as my main email account. I also have a yahoo account which I only use for mailing lists, thus the prospect of span
to my Gmail address is less likely and I know for a fact that Yahoo mail
gets a lot of spam, so I don’t want to be dealing with spam whilst I’m out
and about, but I need to read emails directly to myself as they could be
important.

I also use my Gmail on my iphone, but whatever I get on my iPhone I also get
delivered to my desktop pc as my iphone pulls email as IMAP.

I’m sure many others will give you their thoughts and pros and cons on how
to use your Gmail account but I hope this has helped.
