Hi Darran,

Are you trying to permanently change the location? If yes, then you will need to add the command --prefs-add to that line:

get_iplayer --prefs-add --output "E:/Recordings/Get iPlayer"

however, if you are using the line you gave to change the location on a case by case basis, and you just omitted from your example the bit about the specific programme you are trying to download, then I’m not sure. If that was indeed the case then it looks fine to me and the line ought to work.
