[access-uk] Get_Iplayer Commands

Hi Everyone
I have to confess that I have not followed the discussion on Get_Iplayer
as I have never used it. But I have now downloaded the latest version to
try.
How does one run the commands? I can find a list of commands but I am
not sure where to put them?
I tried running Get_Iplayer from the Run dialog box, but got the message
Windows cannot find Get_Iplayer.
