Yes you can,
But be prepared for a long wait!!
I would not have any other breed but they are not the easiest of dogs to
handle you get a lot back from them but they need constant vigilance,
but having said that I think if you get a good one you can't beat them.
I don't want to have lots of e-mail coming into my in box saying no the
lab cross is the best or the lab is the best I am answering a question
yes you can have a gsd as a guide dog.
