It is really great news that GIP 300 has been released, fixing the broken
earlier program, and I thank you, Amro, for alerting us to this.
It is a program I use all the time.
I have tried reading the release notes accompanying 300, but unfortunately I
find them far too technical for me to understand.
I know that the word "cache" is mentioned a number of times, but this means
nothing to me.
I Wish to download last week's readings on R4X of Charles Chaplin - my
autobiography
The command line I was using last Monday to grab this programme was as
follows:
get_iplayer --type=radio --get "Charles Chaplin - my autobiography"
--aactomp3 --mp3vbr=0
This line is not working in GIP 300.
Can you, please, Amro, or any others on the list, kindly let me know how
this command line should read using GIP 300?
