Hi Pele
That is very unhelpful from GGMM as anyone with a grain of common sense
would know all that! Most of us have confirmed the speakers we own are dead!
Kind regards,

Hi Everyone
Here is the reply I received from GGMM Support. I am pasting it in, along
with my original message, as I sent it from a different e-mail address.

Message to GGMM Support
"Subject: GGMM E2 and Alexa
Earlier this year I bought a GGMM E2 speaker. I chose this one because it
could be carried around and access Alexa. It does not seem to be able to
access Alexa any more. Is there anything I can do to activate it?

Message From GGMM Support
"Hi,dear Pele West
Thank you for contacting us. Smart speakers need to work in a wifi
environment. If you want to wake up E2's alexa, you need to press the voice
button on the speaker surface. The E2 speaker has a built-in battery, so the
adapter does not need to be powered. This is also the difference between us
and the echo dot.
