someone on here a while ago inquired about accessing mirc. i just got
this from the gui-talk list and gave it a quick spin and it's a
really nice implementation of the mirc speech script.
The coolest feature IMO is that this also interfaces with window
eyes, which to my knowledge is a first for mirc.
