To find out your MAC address, you need to go to programs,
select Run, then type in cmd
This will bring you into a DOS type screen.
Type in the following
ipconfig /all
Note that there is a space before the backslash.

I cannot forward a definite answer to this one as I do not
have any devices
where I need to find out mac addresses. These addresses are
unique to
individual wireless modules such as cards and access points.
Jason may
know. not in at the moment.
I wonder if you can find it in the device properties for the
card? It is
bound to be in control pannel and system or you can get to
this also by
right clicking on My Computer and choosing Properties.
