I don't want to change my bank, I want to take advantage of it's enhanced 
security.

Yes agreed, if their  *only* disability was sight loss.

"Where is the choice with the ACD?  The only option for *all*
blind people is for a less secure system."

One can vote with feet, move  account to  a bank that  offers
the service we do want. Remember not all the banks  are making the
changes, some see no need for it.
