Hi Steve,

When you get a blank message like that, are you able to select all of the text and paste it into another app which is then accessible? I'm obviously interested in this type of inaccessibility.

Paul

Hi,

No, it's an encoding issue with Outlook 2013, but I haven't found a fix for
it. This list is particularly nasty at rendering the messages weirdly.

All the best

Steve

Hi Derek,

(if you can read this), Louisa's message came through loud and clear here,
but only a couple of weeks ago, I too sent a message which your system
presented as blank. Could it be that there is an intermittent problem at
your end?

Best,
Clive
