Hi all -

Word2000 seems to be playing up again! When I open a document, JAWS says
'full screen, close?' and if I route the cursors, I can see a close button,
but it doesn't seem to make any difference. The problem began with JFW
reading additional characters within the text, and saying 'contro' when
landing on a blank line! I tried maximising the screen, and doing a refresh,
and changing zoom, as well as clicking on 'wrap to window' but it doesn't
solve the problem. If I check full screen in the 'view menu' then the
document almost reads ok, but when I type in text where I want to number
certain points, so I might enter say a number 1. followed by the text, if I
hit return for a blank line, it will put a number 2 at the start of that
line. I'm saying it puts a number 2 at the start of the line, because JAWS
says 2, but when I actually look at the line with the arrow keys, it appear
to be blank.

Don't know if this is clear enough for anyone to understand my problem, but
would sure be grateful to get is sorted, so thanks for any help.

Andy
