Hi.

Well I wouldn't have multiple versions of Jaws but I do know that Jaws 8
doesn't always read out checkboxes so you kind of need another version as
back-up but perhaps I will remove 6 as long as the others are working
properly but 6 seems to be the only one that is working for me at present.

\I do know a few things about computers and installing software but I do
tend to want it all to work instantly for me perhaps that is where I go
wrong not waiting between installations of programmes and no I've
contacted no one about the problems as I suppose I always try to sort things
out before going down that road particularly if it is Jaws related what
would Dell know about why Jaws suddenly stops working?

Anyway for now I've decided just to use Outlook Express and leave Outlook
alone although the spell-check is inferior but I just want to use the laptop
and get on with my life not keep coming up against problems.

Mandy.

I may be missing something Mandy, but why do you need multiple versions
of JAWS in the first place? I only have one, JAWS 8.0.423 demo, and I am
quite happy with it and therefore do not wish to have other versions
installed.
