you do seem to be having more problems than most people with a number of PCs
and that would suggest to me that you have a problem with the way you are
approaching things.

You need to approach installing software and particularly solving problems
that occur when doing so in a methodical way. what have you merged with
what and when? what is going wrong? when did things start going wrong? why
did you not call your supplier and ask for help if things weren't working
well?

You seem to have had so many problems that I am reminded of the kind of
person who watches a DIY program and thinks they can complete their own home
improvement singlehanded on the basis of one program or one TV series.
That's not necessarily the case.

Software installation is not difficult when you know how but everyone starts
from the beginning with computers. rather than just ranting therefore give
a coherent explanation of what you have done step by step and what went
wrong then maybe someone can help.

Regards

graham

No George I haven't. I bought from the very organization for which
you work. Going out shortly but may call later is there actually anything
that can be done? Is it worth uninstalling and starting again? I tried
merging but that made no difference.

Mandy.

Hi.
I really don't know what to do - I installed Jaws 6, 7 and 8
because I was having problems doing it differently - I knew
7 was acting weirdly even though I've never had problems
before but 8 started fine but as someone said: couple days
later and all I'm left with is Jaws 6 what can I do I am
wasting so much time.
