[access-uk] Freelist?

Hi,
I have been trying to subscribe to the blindipod list at freelists.
However, I have not been able to confirm my interest by replying to the
second email sent. Every time I tried came back with invalid something or
other.. I have followed the messages previously on this topic and followed
the suggestions without a luck.
Does anyone have any solution to this problem?
I am using windows xp, jaws and outlook 2003.
