Hi Ron thanks but I can't get on to do that. The funny thing is that I have
joined a few forums on there but havn't been able to look since the
beginning of January.

Jim, may I suggest if you can get into the programme, you go to option seven
on the assistance and join the users forum. You may get better service
there. I have been using Freedom Box for three years or more and find it a
great product. Yes if you like reading very fast like Carol then it is
slower than Jaws. It is great for beginners. Stick with it and try Steve
again. He should be able to advise and give you the local rate number to
ring support in the States. Yes I have had the error messages, but support
have always sorted it out for me.

Good Luck

Ron
