We don't  really have the FS side of the argument.  GW Micro claim that
their  implementation of place-markers in the latest Window-eyes beta etc.
is  different from - has nothing to do with - that (as set out in the suit)
of  FS in JAWS.  Why did FS pick place-markers as a particular instance?
Most  JAWS users don't use them, anyway.  Who else sues in the blindness AT
field?  Who will FS's next target be, in a year or two from now?
