[access-uk] Freedom Box

In view of the various messages re System access etc. last week, I
decided to download and install the 30 day trial to get a better idea
of what people were talking about.
I have been able to run Freedom Box itself, log in, and explore some
of the things it offers, although I am not sure how many of them I
would actually want to use long term.
However I was more interested in System access, but pressing that
item in the Freedom Box group in the Program menu simply gives the
message "System access was unable to Start!". The result was the same
even if I had already logged into Freedom Box
I am sure that I am making a stupid mistake somewhere, but would much
appreciate any suggestions. The Help files contain a lot of
information, but not the answer to this one, as far as I can tell.
