Hi Andrew,
All empty message files will contain that text.
You do NOT need to know HTML to edit the file. Simply treat it as if it
was a Notepad text file. Just delete the message and type in your own.

From the admin options, where you can manually add a member, there is
also
a list labelled "Files you can Edit". You will find "Footer" there which
you can double click on to edit.
