Hi Graham,

That's the number for the dedicated customer services line for people
with special needs as it seems we must be called.

Hi Andrew

The name of the person you need to speak to is Mike Duxbury who I think
is
the Access Officer for vodafon. He has a direct line number which I
don't
have any more but, if you call Vodafon Customer Services they may be
able to
track him.

I had a terrible experience. I changed from o2 to vodafon purely to get
the
free talks software in September last year. I had many conversations
with
Mike who kept promising to personally put Talks on my phone as
apparently it
is no longer being done by the ordering centre. He never came and I
ended up
having to pay for an upgrade. I don't know if their actual policy has
changed to say that they won't do it but I certainly didn't manage to
get
it.

Good luck!

Wendy
