i'm in hampshire and up to now we had free bus travel within the county
anytime of the day. this is changing now to only within the particular
council borough you live in. still free though. also, i've just read the
budget summary on the BBC website, and it only mentions pensioners in
relation to this bus travel thing, no mention of disabled people at all. i'd
like to know also, why it's scheduled for 2 years ahead! 2 years? come on!
