Hi Andy

I bought the World Fact Book 2011, and an English Dictionary and Thesaurus,
both for 59p each. Just search for dictionaries and it should come up.
They both work with VoiceOver.

Kind Regards,

Jackie Cairns

Hi Jackie -

Ah, I think it being an American dictionary might put me off. You said you
have aps on the Touch? Can you recommend any dictionaries/encyclopedias that
are accessible with Voice Over? -

Andy

Hi Clive

I read that myself on Amazon, and the one thing that makes me think it is
probably the same as the older version is the fact there is a cassette
with
instructions on it. When did we last get a taped manual? (smile). It
would
just be good if it was an English dictionary that's all. I don't even
mind
the American voice, but it would be nice to have spellings we use rather
than from the Mirium Webster dictionary.

Even though I have apps on the iPod Touch, I still like my Franklin, and
sometimes have a notion to play games on it. Remember the Keyboard Wizard
game, when you found the correct letter on the unit and the voice said:
"You
got it"!!

Kind Regards,

Jackie Cairns
