Its basically because you haven't been there for a while. After so long, they remove your details from their database,

You may have a point but from all the different questions I see on list I didn't think it was out of place. Also they probably don't work Sundays, you have to wait to get a new account verrified and I thought plenty of people who know more about FTP than I do would be on list.
