[access-uk] Re: For N86 users

Hi Chris,
I recently had to reformat my N86 so pressed star, hash, 7307, hash,
confirmed that I wanted to reset the phone and when it rebooted, the first
thing I was asked for was the region, then the date and then the time.
After that, I managed to get Talks installed with no problems. The ironic
thing is that I couldn't install Talks before I reformatted the phone, not
after.
