After a mere three days after my Focus Vlue was returned after having a faulty
cell replaced, all of the keys and buttons have become unresponsive. Is there
anything I can do unfreeze them or am I going to have to call Sight & Sound yet
again? As things stand, I am finding it increasingly hard to recommend this as
a reliable device and am beginning to regret the £1000 I spent on it.
