When it happens, it's as if the Right Pan button is pressed twice. Did you your
friend get any satisfaction from the supplier?

I've gone into the diagnostic mode and the right pan button seems to
register. PR comes up when I press it. The problem really only occurs when
reading large blocks of text.

HI Ian.
This sounds to me to be more hardware than software.
You could try going into test mode and pressing the pan right key and see if
it correctly registers.
I’ve also seen before this happen when the bluetooth connection has got in a
bit of a mess, however it fit happening with both your IPHone and iPad and
its starting happening at the same time with both I’d suggest the issue is
almost certainly hardware related.

Hello
I have a Focus 14 which is connected to my iPhone and iPad. In the main, it
is working well. However, since last evening, I have found that from time to
time panning right moves forward two 14-cell units instead of one. I cannot
cause this to happen so it is difficult to diagnose the problem. Has anyone
else experienced this? I am using the latest version of iOS10. I believe
there has been an issue with Focus Blue displays and the latest version of
iOS10.
