Eleanor, I guess it's down to personal choice. I have been using firefox
exclusively now since November 2006 from version 1 and never use internet
explorer unless absolutely necessary. Firefox is open source and therefore
indepentent of Microsoft. I guess I am one of the few people on this list that
use Firefox exclusively.

Can someone tell me the advantages of firefox instead of Internet Explorer.
I have been looking at the Firefox Web Browser and I choose to look something
up in both, I seem to just get the same results.
