Thanks David,

You have indirectly answered another question I was about to pose.

Was trying to install flash on to FF and it says that FF blocked some popup windows.

I'll install addblock plus now and unblock popups from tools as you have shown me how in tools,

Best and have a good weekend,

As afirst suggestion.

1. Go to Tools menu

2. Open options

3. In the options combo box cursor down once from general to content.

4. Now tab to where it says Block PopUp Windows. Make sure this is checked.

If this is already checked and you are still getting these problems you may have to look at installing an Ad Blocker addon.

Hi folk,

A number of good folk have recommended going with Firefox as their favoured browser working well with jaws and NVDA for example.

Now when I installed FF I started getting a lot of spam such as 'single sites', money-making rackets and the like telling me how I can get so rich in a few days, LOL!

I uninstalled and reinstalled it and the same thing happened.

However I rarely get that with IE 11 and always keep my Malware bytes up to date.

Anyone any thoughts as to what may be happening and/or what to do?

Best,

Tony Sweeney.
