...And I'm starting to get tired of explaining time and time again my issues with FF, but here I go again.

I can't access vids through Youtube and I'm a Youtube Junky. I know this is because I haven't got the Flash plugin but I can't get it installed. I've tried a few times. Someone else had exactly the same problem. I wanted to export bookmarks from Firefox 3.08 but I can't. I am using Jaws 10 with recent update, ff 3.08 and Windows Vista. Now maybe this is the conflict Tristrum talks about with having both IE and FF on my system, but I couldn't uninstall IE 7 even if I wanted to. It never comes up on my list. Can I please stop explaining these issues now?

Jill.

Look Peter, I was simply responding to a message from Jill, who had
mentioned that an earlier version of Firefox had been recommended to her by
someone in the know.

That's it, no more no less. I'm not suggesting that anyone should feel the
need to install an earlier version.
