Hi Sue - I'm using both Vista and windows mail myself so can help you here. From your inbox bring up the view menue (alt and V); type B for "sort by", then arrow down to "from and press enter. you will then have an alphabetical list of your messages, with, as you requested, all the messages from the same person grouped together - you can then use first letter navigation, i.e., "S" for all the messages from sue Morgan for example, to find the person you want. The only thing you then need to remember to do is go back to the sort by menue and change how the messages appear if you don't want to keep them sorted by name. "Received" is the box you need to then check if you want to see the new messages all together. you then check "sort descending" if you want the new messages coming in at the top of your inbox or "sort ascending" if you want them appearing at the bottom. I hope this helps. Cheers. Erica ----- Original Message ----- From: Sue Morgan To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Sunday, July 17, 2011 6:06 PM Subject: [access-uk] Find message in email program. Hi. I've emails in my in box that go further back than that so can someone tell me how I get all the emails from a particular sender please? Thanks. Sue. It's a great facility and I love to use it. Not sure why it's only searching back to yesterday.
