Hi Martin

What I did was put the code in exactly as the sighted person who read it to
me described, in other words, case sensitive. With JAWS, I turned on forms
mode, typed in the first few digits or letters, then it jumped to the second
edit box automatically, and so on until I reached the next or send button,
whatever it happened to be. It then let me into the website area where I
could start completing the form. I did this using JAWS 11 and, while a bit
repetitive, it was straightforward. And with my partner Martin around to
chuck in the odd remark that made me want to die of laughter, you could say
it wasn't a dull experience either! (smile).

Kind Regards,

Jackie Cairns

Hello Damon

I knew about this service and attempted to use the authorisation code to
access the on line form. Unfortunately after three failed attempts to put
in the authorisation number and much huffing and puffing, I decided to ring
the help line number. The first time I called, I got cut off and had to
wring it again. The second time I eventually got through to a human being
who was stumped by my problem and arranged for someone to come and fill in
the form with me as I had no one around to do it for me. This was over a
week ago and someone was supposed to wring me within five working days.
Suffices to say, I am still waiting for that phone call and nothing has
happened. I think a better solution would be for people who want to fill in
the senses form on line would be to put in something that we all know like
our national insurance number or something. This is something that is
personal to everyone and we all have one and is easy for us to remember and
we would probably have more success in doing it that way.

All the best

Martin
