Yes, but it's a little bit of a learning curve, because you have more
keystrokes to do some things. For example, the Chromevox key, if you have
Chromevox as an extension, is Alt and Shift.
So to go to next heading, you'd press Alt-Shift-N for Next then H. This is
so you don't have to worry about forms mode and browse mode etc, because
there isn't a browse mode as such.
I have found Chrome with Chromevox works better than all the screen readers
on the web for the most part. I am slowly moving over to it.
