Exactly Derek but the point George is fairly making is that the PB is an old display, and that now with the advancement of braille display technology often the whole cell replacement isn't necessary thus keeping the cost of repairs down for the end user.

Hi George,
Yes you are right.
Howeve my point was that if cleaning doesn't fix the problem,
the whole cell  needs to be replaced as Dave Godfrey once told me
he cannot just  replace one pin, on power brailles.
