Wow that is expensive. Hopefully a clean will do most of them, I will give him a call. Alternatively I could try setting Jaws to ignore the first 10 cells and therefore have a 30 cell display, not great but could work. I'm sure I saw an option in jaws/basics/braille somewhere.
