Hello all,
To clarify, the word, "Fantastic", applies to the manner in which the weather
is reported, and not necessarily to the weather itself.
I have been searching for an accessible weather forecasting site for a while,
and stumbled across this one, and thought it might be of use for all:

It seems to offer a comprehensive report for my town, there is an option for a
12 day report with understandably slightly less detail, and for the terminally
lazy, it seems one can receive your daily forecast by email.
It seems that all details are accessible as far as I can tell, and if you need
convincing, here is what is happening today in my town, in Northern Cheshire.
