Yes, this is a known problem, acknowledged by Facebook Accessibility on
Twitter. There should be an update shortly.

Subject: [access-uk] Facebook app crashing on iPhone
Hi all,
iPhone Xs with the latest iOS and the up to date Facebook app. For few days now
the Facebook app keeps crashing when Im going through my newsfeed. Is anyone
else seeing this problem? Thanks.
Amro
