Ha! That's a very sightie way of thinking about a web page ;) 

'left' 'column' and 'bottom' are pretty much lost on a screenreader user on 
most websites. 

'report page' keywords are easy to find. I can't stick facebook's website, I 
only use it on mobile. It needs a darn good accessifying session.

On the left hand column of a page, at the bottom, find the text "report page" 
and click on it.
