Hi Amro.

If you go to www.audible.com/devices, select the device your using and it will
tell you what formats the device will support, that will save you both time and
hassle in the first place, after all., who wants to download a file that wont
play on their device?

All the best, Ibrahim.

  Hi Andy,

Just to add to what others have said, you can always change the downloading
formats to Audible Enhanced and check whether you can play it on a particular
device. Switching between the downloading formats is easily done on the fly
from within library on the Audible site.

  Cheers,
  Amro

Barry - I'm confused now, given what Ibrahim said in his message. I have
some titles in my online library, that are not of the greatest quality, but
there is now an enhanced version of these books available, and I'd love to
re-read these titles in improved quality preferabley on my N82 which has the
Audible player installed, I understood this couldn't be done, I'm not even sure
it can be done on the PC. Hoping then for some clarification? -

    Andy

I've been downloading the Enhanced version 4 audio quality on my N86
since at least last November . I use the Symbian app on the phone.

      Barry.

      hiAmro -

Is there updated software for audible enhancement for mobile phones? Last
I was aware, was that the audible enhancement would work on Ipods, and some
Apple phones, but not Nokia phones. -

Subject: [access-uk] FYI: a new annoying tick box on Audible to download

For those who download Audible contents in Audible Enhanced Audio
formats you may need to tick a tick box toward the top of your library page
before you can download your purchase. The tick box is a confirmation message
to insure that you have installed the latest Audible Manager updates. Without
ticking this box the downloading links will not click.

I thought I would mention this to save anyone wandering why they can't
download Audible programs. It took me the best of half an hour trying to click
the downloading link in vain before I noticed this newly added confirmation
message.

BTW, you can update Audible Manager from menu>help>check for updates
from within Audible Manager itself.

Hope this info will be of some help.

        Amro
