Earlier this morning we sent you an email with information about installing a 
new Polaris firmware. Unfortunately, an issue was found with the firmware 
relating to G Suite customers that impact their email.

 

As a result, we have removed the links on our website to this firmware and the 
online firmware upgrade option is not available at this time. Our engineers are 
working on addressing this issue and we will be releasing a new Polaris 
Firmware shortly.
