Hi Mike,

I've always found the Amazon Kindle technology leaves much to be desired, but 
the support from their team to be excellent. I also think that there will be 
strength in numbers here, so the more people they see writing to ask for 
accessible Kindles to continue to be made available, the more likely they will 
be to listen and act. It's the principle that if one person calls you an 
elephant you can comment about their perception of you, but if the whole world 
starts feeding you buns, get your trunk out the way!

I am significantly concerned that Amazon has discontinued the Kindle Keyboard; 
it would seem that there is now no Kindle product accessible to totally blind 
users. I do hope that this is not going to be a continuing problem and that 
there will soon be an accessible product again.
