Hi,

Yep as I thought. Inser-V to get into verbosity, then arrow down to the
setting that turns on automatic Email reading. Make sure Outlook is in focus
when you press Insert-V.

All the best

Steve

Subject: Screen Reader Software

Hi Adrien,
It's Paul here.
I have been contacted by a gentleman who is also blind and sounds like someone
has done the dirty on him.
I need your advice.
He tells me he has a Screen Reader called Jaws which works OK but fails to read
e.mails... both whom they are from and the content.
I have told him that I know you and that you also use a Screen Reader and that
your software does what his does not.
He believes it is a setting somewhere within the software that has not been
enabled and that the person who visited him last did not know the software and
basically has left him in the dark (so to speak).
Do you know if your software has such a setting or whether all Screen Readers
are automatically enabled so they can read e.mails?
I have been up front with him and told him I do not know the programme but will
try to get information for him.
Can you help?
Regards,
Paul.
