I was disappointed with some service I had from a particular company and had to go back to an old favourite. It was a pity to be made to feel a 'nuisance' rather than a customer seeking service. I was only further disappointed in the past 2 weeks, when I contacted a member of staff from the company regarding a key for a peace of software but clearly that person still felt he could not assist me as a result of disharmony from over a year ago. What was most disappointing for me was that my origional software key which I had on record on my PC was wiped out when the company was attempting to rebuild my computer.As a matter of interest for you technical people, now given that I no longer have my activation code for a very expensive peace of software, is there anything I can possibly do to find out the code to the software. I have the software running on a laptop but of course I can never reinstall it again on another PC as I have no key. Sight & Sound are aware that it does not work with the N97 Mini as I told them. Also informed Freedom Scientific. Maybeit has to do with N97 Mini being a 5th generation phone but it works well with the other phones. Don't Sight & Sound have a service, well they didwhen Jackie worked there, where someone would come out and show you aBraille display, in that case, the person could try it with our phone and then you would know before purchasing it. There is a really nice man at Freedom Scientific who uses the Focus Blue all the time with his phone. I wrote to him too re the drivers but whether they do anything about it ornotis anyone's guess.
