Here's a message which I've previously sent to the BCAB list.  Apologies
to members of that list and to non-UK listers here for inbox clutter.  I
ought to make it plain that I'm not seeking information in pursuance of
any compensation claim.  Please read and pass on to anyone you know who
might have had similar experiences.
