Martin, I've also had issues with the website remote recording service not
working, I.e.. telling me I'm not logged-in, whilst on the same page it
clearly shows that I am logged in!

Three e-mails to the relevant departments have resulted in three usual
responses. Oh we are sorry to hear etc, but improvements are being made to
the service and will be implemented soon etc etc. All I can say for sure is
that no improvements have been implemented over the last couple of months,
and I'm just about fed up with their lack of initiative in this area.

The remote recording service was always a joy to use in the past, but it
became more than a little difficult to use for me after they revamped the
website last time around, with the result that I only go back to the site
every couple of weeks or so to see if it has improved or not. It hasn't.

I'm pretty sure there will be those replying to your letter on this list
with things like, I really don't know what your problem is, I can use it all
wonderfully well, but that's not much use to those of us who are having
difficulties where they didn't exist before.

Regards.

Darran
