Oh, if only that were true!
There are exceptions to the rule of course - David Attenborough, for example
is turned 90 and still working and clear-minded.
I recall an elderly lady listing all her ailments when I visited as a Rehab.
Worker and laughing, saying "old age comes with many companions" - and I
fear it's true.
I'll concede that people over 60 are younger in their state of mind and more
active than those of this age 50 years ago - but am I only thinking that
because I had a very sensitive birthday in June of this year - smile!
